1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any program offered by Enablers Solutions Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Programs and Services

Enablers Solutions Ltd offers the following programs:

• STEM Excellence (Coding, Robotics, Mathematics)
• Nigerian Languages (Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa)
• Chess Academy
• Piano & Music
• Science, English and Reading Classes
• Summer Physical Classes

All programs are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any program at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment
• All fees are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• Payment must be made before the first session
• We accept major credit cards and online payment methods
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4. Attendance and Missed Classes

• Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions
• If a student misses a class, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule
• Recorded sessions may be available for some programs
• No refunds will be issued for missed classes without prior notice

5. Code of Conduct

All students and parents are expected to:

• Treat instructors and other students with respect
• Maintain appropriate behavior during online and in-person sessions
• Not record or share session content without written permission
• Report any concerns to our team promptly

We reserve the right to terminate enrollment without refund if a student or parent violates our code of conduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, and content provided by Enablers Solutions Ltd are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our materials without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Enablers Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the program in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
