Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Enablers Solutions Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality educational programs for children. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have developed this refund policy to be fair to both our students and our organization.

2. Free Trial Class

We offer a free trial class for all new students. We encourage all families to take advantage of this opportunity before committing to a package. This ensures your child is comfortable with our teaching style and program content.

3. Refund Eligibility

Single Session — $20

No refunds are available for single sessions once the class has been attended.

6 Sessions Package — $100

  • Full refund if requested before the first session
  • 50% refund if requested after the first session but before the second
  • No refund after the second session has been attended

12 Sessions Package — $180

  • Full refund if requested before the first session
  • 75% refund if requested after the first session but before the third
  • 50% refund if requested after the third session but before the sixth
  • No refund after the sixth session has been attended

Summer Physical Classes

  • Full refund if cancelled 30 days before the program start date
  • 50% refund if cancelled 14 days before the program start date
  • No refund if cancelled less than 14 days before the program start date

4. Exceptions

Full refunds will be issued in the following circumstances regardless of the above policy:

  • Program is cancelled by Enablers Solutions Ltd
  • Instructor is unavailable and no suitable replacement can be found
  • Medical emergency with supporting documentation
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent class delivery

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at info@enablerssolutions.com with subject line "Refund Request"
  • Include your full name, child's name, program enrolled in and reason for refund
  • We will respond within 3 business days
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
